Jennifer Neace started Blessed Cleaning in 2017 as a single mom trying to provide for her family. She has prior experience of cleaning in Washington State and North Dakota where she focused on construction, move out cleans, and office cleanings. When moving to Tennessee she discovered short term rentals, which is where she was meant to be. At the time, there was no facility, so she was forced to do all laundry in her basement. She would spend hours and hours getting all linens ready at night and cleaning all day long. Her drive and passion for cleaning built this amazing company we have today.
Jenny today is still as driven as she was in the beginning. She works hand in hand with every person on our team to ensure everyone cleans to her standards. Training all new hires and interviewing everyone interested in working at Blessed Cleaning. This makes her a wonderful and respected boss.
Jenny also owns her own cabin in Pigeon Forge. She self manages her property so she is very useful for all new owners. She knows the ins and outs of owning a short term rental from an owner’s perspective. She can answer every and all questions as she has been through everything a new owner will go through.
When Jenny gets a day off, her hobbies are riding motorcycles, maintaining her lawn, and hanging out with her family. She truly is a women of many talents.
Tyler Taff is Jenny’s daughter. Tyler started working with Jenny when she moved to Tennesse from Washington State in 2018. She has been through all the ups and downs of Blessed Cleaning and knows the ins and outs of every part. When Blessed Cleaning first started, she would clean day and night with Jenny to ensure all check ins were made. In 2020, Tyler went to college for a Business degree. She finished her first year and decided to invest full time in Blessed Cleaning. She has been working here ever since! Tyler takes care of all admin, management, and more. She truly takes pride in her job and loves the career God has gifted her.
Brooklyn Capps is a family friend who started working at Blessed Cleaning in 2024. She is in charge of making sure all cabins are cleaned on time and nothing is missed. She handles all direct messages with our housekeepers, lawn crew, and inspectors. She is amazing at keeping our day to day tasks completed with perfection. Brooklyn is very involved with her community and church, we are blessed to have her a part of our team!
